Login: Staff Wyse Password Reset

This article is a how to on resetting the password to your Wyse account

1. Go to http://wyse.plc.vic.edu.au, this should take you to the single-sign-on(SSO) page

2. On the SSO page, at the bottom select the option "I Forgot My Password".

3. Type in your username into the field available.

4. Then in the dropdown select whether you want your reset code sent to you via Email or SMS.

5. Click 'Send me my Password recovery code'

6. Retrieve your password recovery code from either your email or messages and input into the available field.

7. Create a new password for SSO access.

8. Your password must be: 8 Characters long minimum, Uppercase Letters, Lowercase Letters, Numbers and Spacial characters. Also please avoid using PLC, names or full words in your password.

Your password should now be reset.
